Trigger an Xn Handover

A UE is on gNB-01 with an active internet session. Simulate the UE drifting into gNB-02 coverage, trigger the Xn handover, and verify the session survives the move.

Scenario
UE imsi-999700000000001 is REGISTERED and has an active PDU session via upf-internet-01 on gNB-01. The neighbor cell gNB-02 is also up and connected to the same AMF. Walk through the full Xn handover: • Measurement report triggers Event A3 (neighbor > serving + offset). • Source gNB decides to hand over. • Xn HandoverRequest / HandoverRequestAck between gNBs. • SN Status Transfer, RRC Reconfiguration to the UE. • Path Switch to the AMF (which tells SMF to re-anchor N3 via N4). After the HO, verify the session still works on gNB-02.

What you'll do

  1. Show current serving cell
  2. Trigger a measurement report (Event A3)
  3. Execute Xn handover gNB-01 -> gNB-02
  4. Verify UE is now served by gNB-02 with active session
