Terms of Service

Welcome to 5G/6G Academy, operated by TELCOMA Global. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.

2. Free and Paid Content

5G/6G Academy offers both free and paid content:

  • Free account: the first module of every certification course — its video lessons and the hands-on exercise inside it — plus the written foundation levels, the tools, the glossary and a mock exam. No card, and it does not expire.
  • Lifetime Prime Membership: everything else — every module of every certification course, including courses added later, the certification exams, the full-length practice exams, the scenario labs and TelcoMentor — for one payment, with nothing to renew. “Lifetime” means for as long as 5G/6G Academy operates, on the account that bought it.
  • Member price: for the first 24 hours after a new account is created, Lifetime Prime Membership is offered at a lower member price; after that it is offered at the list price shown on our Pricing page. The member price is available once per mailbox: a second account on the same address, or on an alias of it, does not start it again, and it is not extended.
  • One-time certification purchase: a single course bought outright. It gives you that course and its exam for as long as the course exists on the platform, and it does not renew.

3. Payments

Lifetime Prime Membership and certification purchases are one-time payments, made through Razorpay or PayPal, whichever you choose at checkout. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again. Prices are shown on our Pricing page and may change; a change never applies to a purchase you have already made.

Monthly and yearly Prime plans bought before October 28, 2026 continue on their original terms: they renew automatically at the price you joined at until you cancel, which you may do at any time from your Account Settings. Access then continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time within it.

4. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on eligibility and the refund process.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on 5G/6G Academy — including lessons, animations, lab exercises, quizzes, code, and design — is the intellectual property of TELCOMA Global. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

Your account grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for your own learning purposes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Scrape, download, or redistribute course content
  • Use automated tools to access the platform
  • Attempt to circumvent the paywall or payment system
  • Upload malicious content or interfere with platform operations

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

5G/6G Academy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, telecom standards evolve and content may not reflect the latest 3GPP specifications.

About our certificates: they are issued by TELCOMA Global and each carries a verification number an employer can check on this site. They are ours, not a 3GPP, ITU, vendor or government accreditation, and they are not a substitute for a vendor certification programme where your employer requires one.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TELCOMA Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
