Terms of Service

Welcome to 5G/6G Academy, operated by TELCOMA Global. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.

2. Free and Paid Content

5G/6G Academy offers both free and paid content:

  • Free account: the first module of every certification course — its video lessons and the labs inside them — plus the written foundation levels, the tools, the glossary and a full-length mock exam. No card, and it does not expire.
  • Pro subscription: everything else — the remaining modules of every course, the certification exams, the scenario labs and TelcoMentor. Access continues to the end of the billing period you have paid for.
  • One-time certification purchase: a single course bought outright, with no subscription. It gives you that course and its exam for as long as the course exists on the platform, and it does not renew.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Razorpay or PayPal, whichever you choose at checkout. Billing is automatic and recurring until you cancel: the same amount, on the same day of each month or year, and you may cancel any time before the next date. Prices are shown on our Pricing page and may change with prior notice; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for. One-time certification purchases are charged once and never renew.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

4. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on eligibility and the refund process.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on 5G/6G Academy — including lessons, animations, lab exercises, quizzes, code, and design — is the intellectual property of TELCOMA Global. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

Your account grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for your own learning purposes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Scrape, download, or redistribute course content
  • Use automated tools to access the platform
  • Attempt to circumvent the paywall or subscription system
  • Upload malicious content or interfere with platform operations

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

5G/6G Academy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, telecom standards evolve and content may not reflect the latest 3GPP specifications.

About our certificates: they are issued by TELCOMA Global and each carries a verification number an employer can check on this site. They are ours, not a 3GPP, ITU, vendor or government accreditation, and they are not a substitute for a vendor certification programme where your employer requires one.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TELCOMA Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
