5G/6G Academy offers both free and paid content:

• Free Tier: Levels 0-2 (Telecom Foundations, LTE Essentials, 5G Fundamentals) are free forever with full access to lessons, labs, and quizzes.
• Pro Subscription: Levels 3-26 require an active Pro subscription. Access to paid content continues until the end of your billing period.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Prices are displayed on our Pricing page and may be updated with prior notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

All content on 5G/6G Academy — including lessons, animations, lab exercises, quizzes, code, and design — is the intellectual property of TELCOMA Global. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

Your account grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for your own learning purposes.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Scrape, download, or redistribute course content
• Use automated tools to access the platform
• Attempt to circumvent the paywall or subscription system
• Upload malicious content or interfere with platform operations

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

5G/6G Academy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, telecom standards evolve and content may not reflect the latest 3GPP specifications. This platform is for educational purposes and does not replace professional training or certification.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TELCOMA Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
