Refund Policy

At 5G/6G Academy by TELCOMA Global, we want you to be satisfied with your Pro subscription. This policy outlines when and how you can request a refund.

1. Free Content — No Payment Required

Levels 0-2 (Telecom Foundations, LTE Essentials, 5G Fundamentals) are completely free and do not require payment. No refund is applicable for free content.

2. Pro Subscription Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first Pro subscription payment. If you are not satisfied with the Pro content within 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.

Eligibility:

  • Refund must be requested within 7 days of the first payment
  • Applies to the first billing cycle only (not renewals)
  • One refund per user/account

3. Recurring Payments

For recurring subscription payments (monthly or annual renewals), refunds are generally not provided. However, if you were charged after cancelling your subscription, please contact us and we will process a refund for the erroneous charge.

To prevent future charges, cancel your subscription from Account Settings before the next billing date. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Visit our Contact page
  2. Include your registered email address and reason for the refund
  3. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.

5. Plan Changes

If you switch from an annual to a monthly plan (or vice versa), the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for plan changes mid-cycle.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if we detect abuse, including but not limited to:

  • Repeated subscription and refund requests
  • Bulk downloading or scraping of course content before requesting a refund
  • Account sharing or redistribution of content
