What each engineer earns: a certificate you can check
Every engineer who passes a course’s graded exam gets a numbered TELCOMA certificate with a QR code. Scanning it opens a public page with the holder, the certification, the score and the date, read from our records rather than from the PDF in your inbox. Nobody needs an account to check one.

LMS and SSO integration
SCORM 1.2/2004 or xAPI export into your LMS (Cornerstone, Workday Learning, Degreed, SAP SuccessFactors) and SSO over SAML or OIDC are scoped per contract.
Cohort analytics
Engagement and completion reporting, with CSV or API export for your BI stack, is scoped per contract.
Verifiable credentials
Every engineer who passes a certification exam gets a QR-verifiable TELCOMA certificate. Co-branding it with your company logo is scoped per contract (Enterprise).
Enterprise security
Least-privilege access and encrypted data at rest and in transit. SAML SSO, audit logs and regional data residency are scoped per contract.

How does pricing work?+
Each seat is a full Prime Membership — every certification course, lab and exam, and the courses we add next. For reference, an individual lifetime membership lists at $1,299, paid once (₹89,900 in India). Team pricing is sales-led, on annual or quarterly contracts, and scales with seat count and contract term; Enterprise pricing also depends on integration scope (SCORM, SSO, custom curriculum). We quote a flat per-engineer price for the year so it slots cleanly into your training budget. Instructor-led delivery is quoted per engagement.
Do you deliver instructor-led or on-site training?+
Yes. TELCOMA Global has delivered instructor-led telecom training since 2009: on-site at your premises, live online, in the classroom, and train-the-trainer programmes. It runs on its own or blended with the self-paced certification — certify the team first, then spend the live days on your network and your problems. Can engineers keep their progress if they leave the team?+
Yes. Earned certifications are tied to the engineer's personal account, not the team. They keep their cert and credential URL forever. The team owner can re-assign the freed seat at no extra cost.
Do you support SAML SSO?+
SSO is scoped per contract on the Enterprise tier. Tell us your identity provider and whether you use SAML 2.0 or OIDC, and we will scope the integration and its timeline into the contract.
How long does onboarding take?+
For Team: you can create the workspace and send invitations straight away, and the seats open once we activate the team, usually within one working day. For Enterprise, the timeline depends on what is scoped into the contract (SSO, LMS export, custom curriculum) and is agreed before you sign. A dedicated success manager runs the rollout.
Can we white-label the certificates with our company logo?+
Co-branding is scoped per contract on Enterprise: the certificate would carry your company logo alongside the TELCOMA certification mark, with the same QR code that verifies it on our domain.
Can we evaluate it with our team first?+
Yes. Create your team workspace, set a seat cap and invite engineers; we then open an evaluation period on the full platform, usually within one working day. No card is required and nothing converts automatically: we talk to you before it ends, and if it is not a fit you walk away.
