Tier-1 mobile operators (EMEA, APAC, North America), Tier-1 vendors, system integrators, and 50+ private-5G consultancies. 265,000+ telecom professionals trained across 150+ countries since 2009 via TELCOMA Global.
What you get with Teams
Everything in the individual Pro plan, plus the controls and integrations that make it work for an L&D-managed program.
Centralized admin
Add seats, remove members, assign curriculum — one dashboard, no spreadsheet shuffling. Per-seat progress visible at a glance.
Custom curriculum
Pick the lessons + paths that match your team's role. Add internal-only addenda (deployment runbooks, SOPs) to any lesson.
SCORM / xAPI export
Pipe completion + score data into your existing LMS — Cornerstone, Workday Learning, Degreed, SAP SuccessFactors. SSO via SAML / OIDC.
Cohort analytics
Weekly engagement reports, completion velocity, time-to-certification trends. Export to CSV or pull via API for your BI stack.
Verifiable credentials
Every certified engineer gets a QR-verifiable TELCOMA credential. Co-brand the certificate with your company logo (Enterprise tier).
Enterprise security
SAML SSO, audit logs, regional data residency on request. SOC 2 Type II in progress (Q3 2026 target).
Team vs Enterprise
Both plans are sales-led. Pricing scales with seat count and contract term.

What teams are saying
“We onboard around 40 new RAN engineers a year. Cut time-to-productive from 4 months to about 6 weeks. The path-based curriculum maps cleanly to our internal job ladder.”
“The labs are the difference. Our engineers are actually configuring 5GC functions, not watching slides. Way better retention than the vendor-provided training we used to buy.”
“I budget about $2,500 per engineer per year for technical training. With this we cover 5G + O-RAN + AI-RAN for less than that, and engineers actually finish the courses.”
Common questions
How does pricing work?+
Sales-led with annual or quarterly contracts. List price starts at $25/seat/month for Team plans, with volume discounts past 50 seats. Enterprise pricing depends on integration scope (SCORM, SSO, custom curriculum). We typically quote a flat per-engineer price for the year so it slots cleanly into your training budget.
Can engineers keep their progress if they leave the team?+
Yes. Earned certifications are tied to the engineer's personal account, not the team. They keep their cert and credential URL forever. The team owner can re-assign the freed seat at no extra cost.
Do you support SAML SSO?+
Yes, on the Enterprise tier. We support SAML 2.0 and OIDC against any major IdP — Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, OneLogin, Auth0. Setup typically takes one 30-min call.
How long does onboarding take?+
For Team: same day — invite emails go out, engineers sign in, done. For Enterprise with SCORM + SSO + custom curriculum: typically 2–3 weeks from contract sign to first engineer logged in. Dedicated success manager runs the rollout.
Can we white-label the certificates with our company logo?+
Yes, on Enterprise. Co-branded certificates carry both the TELCOMA TELCOMA accreditation mark and your company logo, with a QR code that verifies authenticity on our domain.
Do you offer a trial for teams?+
Yes. We typically run a 30-day pilot with up to 10 engineers from your team — no commitment, real production environment. If it works, we convert the pilot into a paid contract; if not, you walk away with the data we collected.
