Who we're looking for
We are looking for engineers with deep, hands-on experience who are strong at breaking down complex topics for people learning them for the first time. Expertise in any of these areas is especially welcome:
- 5G RAN — deployment, integration, and troubleshooting on live networks
- Cloud-native core — 5GC, service-based architecture, containerized deployments
- O-RAN — disaggregated RAN, RIC, and open interfaces
- RF planning and optimization — coverage, capacity, and KPI tuning
- Transport — fronthaul, backhaul, timing, and IP networking
- Telecom security — threat models, hardening, and standards compliance
