Scenario
You are deploying a new 5G NR cluster along a metropolitan tech corridor — four sites (Tech-Park North, Innovation Hub, Business District, Transit Plaza), each with three sectors α/β/γ, for a total of 12 cells. Adjacent sites have overlapping dominance and share neighbour relations. SITE-A has already been commissioned with PCIs 12, 13, 14. Two more anchor PCIs have been locked in (SITE-C β = 46, SITE-D γ = 80). Plan the remaining 7 cells so that: • no tier-1 neighbour pair shares the same PCI (direct reuse), • no tier-1 neighbour pair has matching PCI mod 3 (PSS collision), • no tier-1 neighbour pair has matching PCI mod 30 (DMRS / SSS collision). Valid PCI range in NR: 0..1007. Try to keep your assignments tight (small numbers) — makes the OSS happier.
