How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Dashboard → Subscription panel and click "Cancel subscription". You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

How do I switch from monthly to annual?

Go to Dashboard → Subscription panel and click "Switch to Annual". The change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

I forgot my password

Click "Forgot password?" on the login page. We'll send a reset link to your email.

How do I request a refund?

How do I delete my account?

Go to Account Settings and scroll to "Delete Account". This permanently removes all your data.
