Lab Scenario: Three Customer Briefs

In this lab you will work through three customer briefs and produce both a technology recommendation and a back-of-envelope link budget defending the choice. Each brief includes use case, deployment environment, payload pattern, mobility, battery target, and operator network context. Your output for each is: (1) recommended technology, (2) recommended module class with rough cost, (3) link budget calculation showing path loss vs MCL, and (4) any deployment caveats — repeater needs, antenna recommendations, multi-mode hedging.
