ZSM Reference Architecture (ETSI ZSM 002)

The ETSI Zero-touch network and Service Management framework, defined in ETSI GS ZSM 002, provides a reference architecture for fully automated end-to-end service management. The architecture consists of management domains (RAN, transport, core, service) each containing closed-loop automation capabilities.
