KPI Thresholds for Formal Acceptance

Site acceptance is a contractual milestone where the operator formally accepts the site from the vendor. Each KPI must meet predefined thresholds measured during an acceptance drive test. Coverage KPIs: RSRP above -110 dBm for 95% of the route (outdoor), SINR above 0 dB for 90%. Throughput KPIs: DL throughput above 100 Mbps average (C-band, good RF), UL throughput above 20 Mbps average. Mobility KPIs: handover success rate above 98%, zero RLFs (Radio Link Failures) along the acceptance route, zero call drops during voice testing.
