Antenna tilt controls the vertical beam direction and is the most powerful tool for managing coverage footprint and interference. Mechanical tilt physically tilts the entire antenna housing using mounting brackets — it's simple but affects the back lobe (tilting down in front tilts up in back, potentially causing interference behind).
