In this lab you will design a Quality of Experience optimization xApp that improves end-user video streaming quality across a multi-cell deployment. The xApp must subscribe to KPM metrics including per-UE throughput, buffer occupancy, RLC retransmission rate, and CQI. From these raw measurements, you will define feature engineering logic that computes a QoE score estimating Mean Opinion Score for each active video session.
