The Four-Phase Lifecycle
Network optimization is not a one-time activity — it is a continuous lifecycle that begins before a single site is deployed and never truly ends. The four phases repeat as the network evolves: Plan, Deploy, Optimize, and Monitor. The Planning phase uses propagation models (Okumura-Hata, COST-231, ray tracing) and RF planning tools (Atoll, Planet, ASSET) to predict coverage, capacity, and interference before deployment.
