Throughput KPIs in NR

Integrity KPIs measure the quality of active sessions. DL/UL throughput is measured at multiple points: MAC layer (scheduled throughput), PDCP layer (user-plane throughput after RLC segmentation), and IP layer (end-to-end application throughput).
