What is Neutral Host
A neutral host is a third-party entity that deploys and operates indoor wireless infrastructure serving multiple mobile network operators through a single shared system. Rather than each operator building separate indoor networks — tripling or quadrupling cost and complexity — the neutral host provides a common DAS or small cell platform that all operators connect to. The neutral host owns the passive and active infrastructure including antennas, cables, remote units, and backhaul.
