Multi-operator and multi-band DAS
Point of Interface Design
Multi-operator DAS requires a point of interface where signals from multiple mobile network operators are combined onto a shared distribution system. The POI uses wideband combiners or band-specific diplexers to merge signals from different operators and frequency bands onto a common coaxial or fiber backbone. Each operator connects their base station or small cell to designated input ports on the POI.
