Benchmarking compares the performance of multiple mobile operators under identical conditions — same location, same time, same methodology. The fundamental principle is simultaneity: all operators must be tested at the same time, along the same route, in the same vehicle to eliminate variables like time-of-day loading, weather, and route differences.
