Indoor KPI targets differ from outdoor because of building penetration loss and the expectation of lower but sufficient performance. Typical indoor acceptance criteria for enterprise buildings: RSRP above -105 dBm for 90% of measured points (more relaxed than outdoor -110 dBm at 95%), SINR above -2 dB for 85% of points, DL throughput above 10 Mbps for 90% of points (much lower than outdoor because indoor users accept slower speeds), and voice MOS above 3.0 for 95% of calls.
