This case study walks through a complete end-to-end drive test analysis of a real-world 10-site 5G NR cluster deployment on band n78 (3.5 GHz, 100 MHz bandwidth). The cluster covers a mid-size urban area with mixed commercial and residential buildings. The acceptance drive test was performed using TEMS Investigation with a Samsung Galaxy S24, an R&S TSMA6 scanner, and a GPS receiver — total route distance 35 km, duration 3 hours. Acceptance criteria: RSRP above -110 dBm for 95%, SINR above 0 dB for 90%, DL throughput above 200 Mbps average, handover success rate above 98%, zero RLFs.
