What-if analysis is the most powerful capability of a network digital twin. An engineer selects a cluster of cells, proposes a change — adjusting antenna tilt from 6 to 4 degrees, increasing RS power by 3 dB, or modifying A3 handover offset — and the twin simulates the cascading impact across all neighboring cells. The simulation engine runs RF propagation models to predict coverage changes, recalculates interference matrices, estimates new throughput distributions, and evaluates handover boundary shifts.
