In this capstone project you will manage a major network incident from initial alarm through post-incident review. The scenario simulates a fiber cut affecting backhaul for 15 cell sites, triggering hundreds of alarms across RAN, transport, and core monitoring systems. You must perform alarm triage and correlation, classify the incident severity, initiate the major incident process, coordinate the technical bridge with field teams and vendor support, track restoration progress, communicate status updates, and complete the incident closure process.
