In this capstone project you will analyze and optimize a degraded 5G NR cluster with 12 sites showing below-target KPIs. You are provided with two weeks of PM counter data, drive test logs, alarm history, and recent change logs. Multiple issues are embedded: overshooting cells causing interference, missing neighbor relations causing handover failures, incorrect TDD pattern causing uplink throughput problems, and a hardware fault degrading one sector. You must systematically identify all issues, design parameter changes, and demonstrate measurable improvement.
