6G vs 5G KPI Gap Analysis

The ITU IMT-2030 framework defines ambitious 6G KPI targets that represent 10-100x improvements over 5G. Some targets like enhanced spectral efficiency may be achievable through 5G-Advanced evolution, while others like 1 Tbps peak rate or sub-0.1ms latency require fundamentally new technologies. In this lab you will classify each target KPI based on whether current 5G-Advanced can meet it, new technology is needed, or fundamental research breakthroughs are required.
