This lesson shows how all the QoS and policy pieces fit together in a real-world scenario. A mobile operator offers a Basic Plan that limits video streaming to 480p standard definition while premium subscribers get unrestricted HD streaming. When a Basic Plan subscriber opens YouTube or Netflix, the network needs to detect the video traffic, apply a bandwidth cap that forces the video to adapt to 480p quality, and do all of this in real-time without affecting the subscriber's other traffic like web browsing or messaging.
