Symptom-Based Diagnosis
In this lab you receive real-world user symptoms and must work through diagnostic steps to identify the PDU session failure cause. A user reporting "no data service" could have a session that failed to establish, while "slow speeds" suggests the session exists but QoS is misconfigured, and "intermittent connectivity" could indicate UPF path switching issues during mobility. Each symptom category requires a different diagnostic approach, but all start with checking the 5GSM cause code if a reject message is present.
