Enhanced RedCap (eRedCap), specified in Rel-19, pushes NR device simplification further than Rel-17 RedCap. The maximum device bandwidth is reduced from 20 MHz to just 5 MHz in FR1, approaching LTE-M territory while retaining NR advantages.
